·        Prohibited items – items whose import into the country is prohibited.    

·        Items admitted conditionally – items whose importation into the country is allowed with the term if a document issued by the relevant authorities of the exporting country is presented.    

·        Items admitted without conditions – items whose import into the country is allowed.

2.5 Mineral oils             Prior  authorization  is  required  for  the  importation  of  all  industrial  products  related  to  oils  from petroleuand shale and other mineral oils.
 
2.6 Narcotics                 Thimportatioonarcoticspharmaceuticapreparationanspecialitiecontaininnarcoticis subject to authorization by thMinistrof Public Health, 138ATiangVo Street, Hanoi.
