Requirements for the items which are  liable to customs declaration:
all the fields in CN 23 EMS, CP 72, CN 22 and CN 23 customs declarations be completed in English or Bahasa Indonesia;
– a detailed and complete description of the content of items be provided, with the HS code and value of each        article;
– telephone numbers be provided for the sender and addressee, where available;
– any necessary or supporting documents (invoices, export or import licence, certificate of origin, sanitary    certificate, etc.) be attached or enclosed. It should be noted that:
– for CN 22 declarations, the HS tariff number (six digits) is required for commercial items, only if known;
– for CN 23 declarations, the HS tariff number (six digits) is required for commercial items only.
